SHIPPING POLICY

Action Joy Enterprise Ltd. is a company incorporated under the local laws of Bangladesh that solely focuses on the eradication of poverty and empowerment of destitute and underprivileged people in Bangladesh. Our products are made by victims of human trafficking, orphaned or helpless and create opportunities and environment for them to work.

Moreover, our team closely monitors the products made and packages from dispatch until their successful delivery to the customers. We hope to build trust and bring satisfaction to our customers with each delivered order.

1. Shipping process & procedure

  1. The handmade products are dispatched from our warehouse facility. The products to be delivered are thoroughly examined at our facility before they are dispatched to our customers. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery of these shipments using third party courier
    services that deliver orders to our valued customers on our behalf.
  2. The orders are processed within 3(Three) business days from the date of purchase.
  3. Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Option

  1. When you place an order, the tentative date mentioned in the product description has a significant impact on the shipment time.
  2. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product quantity.
  3. The delivery times hugely depend on the shipping methods and location however, we use our best efforts to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

  1. The delivery charges vary depending on the product’s weight and size as well as the delivery location.
  2. For any product weighing up to 1 Kilogram, the following delivery charges will be applicable:
    i. Delivery Charge Tk. 80 for areas within Dhaka Metropolitan areas covered by courier services.
    ii. Delivery Charge Tk. 150 for all districts beyond the territories of Dhaka Metropolitan areas.
  3. For any product weighing more than 1 Kilogram, Tk. 30 only shall be added per kilogram.

Please note that all charges are set by the courier service, not by Action Joy Enterprise Ltd.

4. Ordering and Payment Method

  1. The products ordered by the customers shall be accepted and delivered subject to the availability of the products.
  2. Upon ordering the products, customers shall receive confirmation from us. Payments should be made in cash on delivery or full before the items are dispatched. However, in cases where cash on delivery is concerned, customers must pay courier charges in advance.
  3. We also accept cash on delivery and various payment methods as such, all the transactions are secured through encryption.

5. Delay Reasons

The estimated delivery window provided by us reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may, occasionally, be delayed by

  • Bad Weather
  • Delay by courier service
  • National or festival holidays
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
